Easter Greetings
Sorry folks but I’ve been sidetracked by my care role which has been a bit more demanding and energy sapping of late so, I find myself in need of a ‘re-boot’.
As a result, this week I’m recycling my Easter post from last year here. Apologies to those subscribers who’ve been with me a while for this ‘repeat’ but hopefully you’ll find a re-visit worth your while and for more recent subscribers, who haven’t done a deeper dive into previous posts, it’ll be fresh for you.
I will be putting up an Easter branch, and this year will have the pleasure of adding my new Arket decorations which I featured a few weeks ago here.
More joy from Arket here and here..

My Kitchen Disco Record of the Week
Following an Easter theme I’ve picked a song from The Chicks (formerly Dixie Chicks), a cover of a Fleetwood Mac song, written by the inimitable Stevie Nicks.
It is a special thing when the lyrics of a song seem to speak to you; when they articulate exactly how you feel. At times this song has been one of those for me.
I’m planning on a taking a couple of weeks for my re-boot and I’m hoping to get a little bit of ‘trotters up’ time (I’ve been dying to use that expression ever since India Knight brought it to my attention with this clip from Danny Dyer).
I wish you all a Happy Easter 🐣 and as ever, thanks for reading. A click on the ❤️ button would be gladly received, if you feel so inclined.

Happy Easter Tessa and enjoy your break. Caregiving is exhausting whilst sometimes looking like nothing from outside. Thanks for the video link, I’d not heard their version and what a talented group of young women. Stevie Nicks is incomparable isn’t she?
